Ok, so last night was the zoning hearing board for the daycare occupancy certificate. I was so nervous...I feel like I made a complete fool of myself; BUT I did it and I'm proud of myself and relieved it's over!!
I called the zoning officer, Sherry, this morning and she told me that the board was impressed by my presentation (YAY!) and have decided to rule IN MY FAVOR!!! Woo hoo...now the hard work begins, I guess, lol! I am super excited though! Licensing packet can be fixed and sent in. Driveway can be redone, and the fence is being started today! I am so super excited to move the living room downstairs and get the playroom started!!! YAY!
