Meal Plan 7/7/14-7/13/14

The first week on my PIYO/Paleo inspired meal plan didn't go super great. I was able to stay near to my "allowances" and I kept track of my calories via My Fitness Pal and while I did go over a few days, it wasn't by too much (on average.)

Here is my next week's meal plan. Hoping to be able to do better to stay on track and maintain accountability. On the PIYO eating plan, I am allowed 5PV, 5LP, 4HF, 2SV, 2FF. See here about my description.
