I am sitting on my couch with a cold glass of reisling! AHHHHH...I am by no means a huge drinker, but with hubs gone for the past 3 weeks, leaving right after Christmas/New Years...three bouts of snow and just simply taking care of everything (6 DC kidlets and 2 dogs) every day.

Girl, I will raise my glass in salute to you! ;) My hubs was supposed to be home a couple of hours ago from a work conference in Vegas. Instead, his plane got rerouted. I'm ready for a break from the kids. ;) LOVE the puppy dog pics in your banner. :)

A newlywed, huh? well, congrats! I've been married now 18+ years but I remember what it feels like to be a newlywed. Fun times :)
My husband is a fire fighter and sometimes (during brushfire season) he can be gone for two weeks at a time, leaving me with all the kids...which I've grown used to, but oh it's so much nicer when I have his help:)
Hope your hubby comes home soon!
I hear you girl! My husband works crazy hours and I'm at home with our son a lot too. After he goes to bed it's a glass a wine for me!
