Menu Planning 2/7/10 - 2/13/10

Sunday:
Breakfast: oatmeal; & dried fruits
Sn1: yogurt and fruit
Lunch:Leftovers
Sn2: pitas & hummus
Dinner: Chili, w/corn bread, salad

Monday:
Breakfast: French Toast w/cream cheese & berries, milk
Sn1: mixed fruit cup, vanilla wafers, water
Lunch: chili w/corn bread, apples, milk
Sn2: veggie sticks w/dip, juice
Dinner: Roasted Chicken, buttered parsely noodles, squash cubes, salad

Tuesday:
Breakfast: scrambled eggs w/sausage, bananas, milk
Sn1: peanut butter banana, water
Lunch: Roasted chicken, buttered parsely noodles, squash, pears, milk
Sn2: nutella rice cake, juice
Dinner: spaghetti w/meat sauce, green beans, oranges

Wednesday:
Breakfast: oatmeal w/dried fruits, milk
Sn1:fruit & yogurt, granola, water
Lunch: spaghetti w/meat sauce, green beans, oranges, milk
Sn2: pita w/hummus, juice
Dinner: pork chops w/mashed potatos, brussel sprouts, peaches, salad

Thursday:
Breakfast: Blueberry pancakes w/syrup, milk
Sn1: PB apple, water
Lunch: Pork chops w/mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, peaches, milk
Sn2: Fruit cup, vanilla wafers, juice
Dinner: Chicken pot pie w/carrots, peas, apples

Friday:
Breakfast: cereal w/milk, OJ
Sn1: cheese & crackers, water
Lunch: Chicken pot pie w/carrots, peas, apples, milk
Sn2: cottage cheese w/peaches, juice
Dinner: Leftovers

Saturday:
Breakfast: eggs & bacon, toast, fruit, milk, coffee
Sn1: yogurt w/fruit, granola, water
Lunch: Leftovers/sandwiches
Sn2: PLAYDATE: VDAY PARTY FOOD
Dinner: see above
